What To Expect

Your visit is fully guided. You do not have to figure anything out. Here is how it goes.

Before you come

Fill out your intake form before the appointment. We send it after you book. Arrive a little early so you can settle in. Wear something comfortable. You will change into a robe, socks, and slippers. We have a place for your things.

When you arrive

We greet you, get you checked in, and walk you to your room. If you want a drink or a small bite, just ask.

On the shampoo bed

You settle onto the shampoo bed. We lead the whole treatment: scalp care, warm water, and massage. You can close your eyes and rest. Most head spa visits are about an hour. Tell us if you want anything lighter or stronger.

After

Take your time. You can dry and style your hair before you leave, or we can help.
