They’ve really thought of everything when it comes to comfort. You’re provided with a robe, socks, and slippers, plus a secure place to store your belongings which made the whole experience feel seamless and relaxing. The treatment space itself is incredibly cozy with soft bedding that add an extra layer of comfort.
I also loved the little details like the option of beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic along with a light snack while you unwind. It just made everything feel a bit more elevated and intentional.
Another standout for me was the quality of the products they use. You can tell they prioritize high end effective products for all hair types and I especially appreciated the use of Korean skincare elements during the treatment it made the experience feel even more unique and luxurious.
The techniques used during both the scalp treatment and facial were incredible. You can really tell the staff is highly trained and takes pride in what they do. Everything felt very precise professional and well executed. Huge thank you to Juanita and Daniela they were both wonderful and made the experience that much better.
I also appreciated that they give you time at the end to dry and style your hair so you don’t feel rushed out and can leave feeling completely put together.
Overall it was such a calming rejuvenating experience and the perfect way to treat yourself. I will definitely be back ✨
